Ways – Christian Moschen
Expression of human experience
The title "Ways" runs like a thread through Christian Moschen’s previous work. His sculptures do not speak of mere travel between two points, but of "experiencing" or discovering space, time and environment – always in relation to people and their own personalities. The path thus becomes a symbol of change, development and encounter. "A three-dimensional sculpture can never be fully grasped from a single viewpoint," Moschen describes his artistic approach. It is only through the movement of the viewer that the work itself changes. This creates a dialogue that goes beyond aesthetic contemplation, where each new perspective reveals another layer of the sculpture.
