Booking Conditions

All offers shown on our website, as well as offers made by phone or email, are non-binding and subject to change. Errors, technical faults and price changes excepted. Written offers we issue are stored in our reservation system for up to 7 days and then automatically deleted.

Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone or by email and require, without exception, acceptance of our general terms and conditions.

Booked rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In the event of a later arrival (after 5:00 p.m.), we kindly ask you to notify us by email or phone.

We leave your room key at the inn during opening hours. If you arrive on a Monday or Tuesday, you'll receive a code for our key safe, which is located on the wall to the right of the inn's entrance.

Bookings already made can be cancelled at any time before the start of your trip. Please note that cancellations must be made in writing by email.

The following cancellation fees apply:

• up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
• from 30 days before arrival: 40% cancellation fee
• from 14 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
• from 7 days before arrival: 90% cancellation fee

Late arrivals, no-shows and early departures are also part of our cancellation terms and are charged in full according to the cancellation fees currently in effect. We reserve the right to invoice any outstanding amounts or to charge them to your credit card or other stored means of payment.

In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect your well-earned holiday in the event of accidents, illness, etc.

Please note that the general 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to online bookings and accommodation contracts, and therefore our cancellation terms set out above apply. For any points not listed here, the provisions of the respective version of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply.

Your four-legged friend is warmly welcome with us, too – we just ask that you let us know when making your inquiry or online booking. We charge €15,00 per day for their stay, excluding food, up to a maximum of €60,00 per stay.

Pets must be kept on a leash inside the building and on the grounds. In our rooms, pets are not allowed on the beds or upholstered furniture. In the event of soiling, a separate final cleaning fee of €60,00 will be charged.
